Machining, fabrication, finishing, and inspection under one roof — so a part with five operations does not need five vendors, five schedules, and five hand-offs where it can sit waiting.

  • Multi-Axis CNC Machining

    Production and short-run CNC milling and turning across a floor of HAAS machining centers and HAAS, Mazak, and Mori Seiki lathes. Programmed from your model or print, with in-process inspection built into the run rather than bolted on at the end.

  • 3D Mold Manufacturing

    Three-dimensional mold manufacturing is what EMB was built around. Complex contoured geometry, tight-tolerance cavity and core work, and the tool-steel experience that mold work demands.

  • Prototyping

    Single parts and small lots for design validation, with engineering input on manufacturability before the chips fly. The same machines and the same inspection process that run production, so a prototype tells you what production will actually do.

  • CMM Inspection

    Dimensional verification on a 2025 Mitutoyo CRYSTA-Apex V 574 coordinate measuring machine, backed by a Gagemaster optical comparator. Available for first-article inspection on our own work and as a standalone service.

  • Manual Machining

    Not every job justifies a program. Manual mills and lathes handle one-off parts, repair work, modifications, and secondary operations faster and cheaper than setting up a CNC.

  • Welding & Brazing

    TIG welding and brazing in-house on a Miller Syncrowave 350 LX, so weldments and assemblies do not have to leave the building between operations.

  • Fabrication & Forming

    Metal pressing and bending on 50-ton and 80-ton presses, with vertical and horizontal bandsaws for stock prep. Fabrication and machining under one roof keeps multi-process parts on a single schedule.

  • Surface Grinding

    Surface grinding for flatness, parallelism, and finish requirements that milling alone will not hold — a routine finishing step on mold components and hardened tool steel.

  • Assembly

    Sub-assembly and final assembly of machined components, so what ships is a finished item rather than a pile of pieces for someone else to fit together.
