Inspection
In-house inspection
Dimensional inspection is handled in-house using our CMM and optical comparator, giving us the ability to verify parts throughout the machining process.

Used for dimensional inspection of machined parts against customer prints and models.
Gagemaster optical comparator
Used for profile, contour, and dimensional checks on machined components.
Process
What happens to your job
Our quality process follows the job from print review through final inspection and documentation.

Review
We review the print before machining begins, including critical dimensions, tolerances, materials, and any features that may need to be discussed.

Machine
Parts are machined according to the print and the documented procedures of our ISO 9001:2015 quality system.
- 03
Inspect
Parts are checked throughout the machining process using the inspection equipment appropriate for the job. First-article inspection is also available when required.
- 04
Document
Inspection results and job documentation are maintained as required by our quality system and customer requirements.
